The ProBeta Trainer Accreditation Program is an innovative approach whereby our subject matter experts create the material, train the training officer (or representative) and provide all the necessary tools to assist in pre- and post course admin items.

Trainer Accreditation process
- Step 1: Applicant firm to complete application and to provide information about trainer
- Step 2: Firm to pay the application fee
- Step 3: ProBeta to review the submission and benchmark trainer's competencies
- Step 4: ProBeta to undertake trainer interviews/observations
- Step 5: ProBeta to complete benchmarking and reach accreditation decision
- Step 6: ProBeta to send written confirmation to applicant whether application was successful or not

ProBeta Trainer Accreditation Program Standards

| Industry knowledge & Qualifications |
Trainer must have the appropriate level of knowledge and qualifications for the technical courses |
| Training experience |
Trainer must have training experience and the appropriate practical experience |
| Ability to explain key terminology |
Trainer must be able to explain selected key technical terminology at the appropriate level |
| Training delivery |
The trainer must be able to deliver training to a high standard, understands the learning process/cycle and can adapt and modify their delivery to reflect different learning preferences |
| Professionalism |
The trainer must be an advocate of professionalism, is easy to work with and approachable and provides high quality training interventions. |
| Maintaining knowledge |
The trainer should actively maintain his/her knowledge |

Terms and conditions
- The application fee is payable on application. Should the documentation provided in the application deemed insufficient and prove to be unsuccessful the application fee will be refunded.
- Trainer accreditation is subject to an annual renewal fee which is payable before the end of January each year.
- Trainer accreditation is subject to re-accreditation for each change in trainers and the subsequent new trainer application fee is payable.
